Bathing in the Feminine Heart

Half a year ago I met a woman who made my energies dance and touched my heart deeply.
A living initiatress.
I just came out of meditation retreat, and felt complete within my own presence, in no need to connect with someone.
And then of course, I met someone. I knew it as soon as I met her. I observed myself asking her out within 2 minutes of talking.
The time that followed we danced a beautiful dance of polarity, of masculine and feminine, of Shiva and Shakti, of presence and energy.
Her loving heart, her radiant receptivity and her enchanting sensuality inspired my deepest meditation, devotion and attunement to her.
This presence in turn inspired her heart to further bloom and blossom and shine back to me.
Like this we circulated, the sweetest and most profound intimacy, creating a heavenly love bubble, following us everywhere we went.
Merging into an upward spiral of electric magnetism with no end.
I am still finding words and ways to share these experiences, and to include them more in my work on meditation.
Because I see that my journey of meditation has always been deeply linked to my romantic life.
When I speak of meditation, or teach it in any capacity, I have to speak of intimacy.
Every shift in consciousness opened me to deeper love.
As one can only give love and receive love to one’s capacity.
These deeper romantic experiences in turn heal and imprint what embodied love feels like.
They give access to non-ordinary states of consciousness.
They teach what is possible, when two people devote, and will make one no longer settle for anything less.
And beyond individual healing and awakening, a union reaches further than just the two, and is like a prayer for the world, a statement for a new earth.
For the collective healing of the masculine and feminine.
How will we heal, when the men and the women, the mothers and fathers don’t know how to love each other?
What are we here for, other than to love each other?
Any collective work always begins with us.
This recent love-story has inspired a rich flow of devotional poetry in me lately.
It feels right (and a little edgy) to not keep it for myself.
-
Fortunate is he who bathes,
even only once,
in the Feminine ocean,
flooding body and mind
with the ecstatic overflow
of her fountain.
Her elegant forms enchant,
her pleasure transcends dimensions,
her radiant love imprints,
the state of heaven
on earth.
When a man is prepared
to receive this wave of beauty,
a mere second of her gaze
will initiate him
into a goddess-worshipping devotee
-I attest.
May all He does from now on
be an offering,
a prayer to Her,
perfecting the precepts-
love, presence, truth-
so they may dwell,
blissfully,
in sacred union
as their infinite abode.
