✓ Between Sessions Support through Voice note and text guidance (approx. 10–15 minutes per week, complementary).

✓ Custom-designed yoga & pranayama sequences and practice sheets uniquely designed for you.
✓ Program Duration: Begins with an initial 3-month commitment, with the option to continue month by month afterward.
