The Yoga I will share with you is rooted in ancient Hatha principles, Buddhist and Vedantic meditation, pranayama, and the modern Vinyasa system of Black Lotus Yoga.

Program Details​
✓ Private sessions: 4 hours per month, divided into 2–3 sessions on Zoom or in-person.
✓ Between Sessions Support through Voice note and text guidance (approx. 10–15 minutes per week, complementary).
✓ Resources: Notion page with additional materials, session recordings, practice sheets, and study recommendations.
✓ Custom-designed yoga & pranayama sequences and practice sheets uniquely designed for you.
✓ Program Duration: minimum 4 session commitment
✓ Investment: Offered on a sliding scale in euros (€).
✓ Option for personalized private retreats available upon request.
