How to Actually Be More Present

The art of presence and polarity in everyday life.

-

Many of us juggle a busy life in a chaotic world.

Work, relationships, endless emails and messages, a never ending to-do list.

When you have a moment to sit with yourself, you are often still drawn back into screens, scrolling, stimulation and distraction.

When you try to meditate or feel yourself in silence, you often face restlessness, numbness, and crave for something more exciting.

When with your partner, or loved ones, you are not always as present as you wish to be.

This workshop is designed for you if you want to learn how to be more present in life, relationship, and with yourself, in a world that is designed to pull you out of it.

Indeed, it is not easy to be present in the modern world. In fact, it is harder than ever.

Everything is designed to grab your attention.

Yet, presence is the key to reclaiming everything we’ve been seeking.

Attention is your most precious currency.

And mastery of presence won't happen by itself unless you make the deep choice to cultivate it.

THE TWO CHOICES

  1. You don't practice presence in a deep way, and will be led by distraction and over-stimulation.

2. You become a skillful spiritual practitioner in the world, devoted to presence. Not once a year in retreat, or once a week in a practice, but as a whole new way of living. Bringing presence as a foundation into relationships, work, and daily activity.

THE PATH

Many hear “presence” and “meditation” as another task, some other technique to master.

Reading books searching for ten-step processes.

Looking for a clever spiritual teaching to find short-cut to enlightenment.

While that can have value, presence is infinitely richer than a copy-paste formula.

In this workshop, we will bring the understanding of presence to life through the lens of Tantra and the principle of Masculine and Feminine polarity, Shiva and Shakti.

This is not a meditation that you do alone. This is a meditation that you do with everything.

ACTIVATE INNER AND OUTER POLARITY

Masculine is the presence. The consciousness. The meditation.

Feminine is the body, the energy, and the life inside and outside of us.

This approach to presence is not about sitting like a rock or escaping into solitude.

This is not about amputating our thinking mind or our desires.

This is not meditation on a cushion as something separate from the rest of our lives.

This is a practice of deep sensitivity and attunement to each moment.

Feeling deeply. Being subtle, energetic, awake, lucid. In body, mind, heart, and life. With self, and with other.

In this workshop you will learn to activate this polarity inside yourself, and to make your meditation come to life. It will not only make you more grounded, more blissful, and wiser, but it will also reactivate the polarity and attraction in your intimate relationships.
