I can focus on my breath… now what?

There are many meditation practices that teach you to place your attention on something.

I teach these practices too, and we often do them together in the live sessions.

They are helpful, crucial even for most people to progress in meditation.

They are practices for beginners as well as life-long practitioners.

However, true meditation is arguably not something you do or progress in.

True meditation is like a sixth sense that you become more sensitive too.

You already have it, just like all your other senses.

True meditation is to bring this deeper sense from the background, into the foreground.

To step outside the conceptual mind, and into life, seen through your true eyes.

Our true meditation training then, is to remember our true eyes, establish our vision through them, and to unhook ourselves again and again when the conditioned mind tries to run the show.
