Enliven your Meditation, Energy and Relationships through your Inner Masculine and Feminine

Live Online Workshop | December 14, 16:00–18:00 London/Lisbon Time

-

When studying meditation, if you’re not careful, you end up in a dry intellectual process of systems, methodologies, and technicalities.

Or you end up burning yourself out in a rigid, heartless practice, trying to force yourself into one-pointed focus on your nostrils with accumulating back pain.

Meditation unfortunately is often understood as a long, serious, and arduous journey that happens only seated.

Something that monks do for their entire lives with immense discipline to get some chance at enlightenment.

I want to show you another approach, another path, another understanding.

For people like you and me, who haven’t chosen to become monks, but who still want to meditate deeply and awaken deeply while living in the world.

A way that is more playful, more practical, more sexy, more alive, and more immediate.

One that doesn’t just happen on a cushion, but in the midst of your daily activities.

One that doesn’t wake you up ten years later, but now.

One that doesn't exclude your desires, your body, and your animal, but that includes it.

One that brings bliss and polarity into your mind, your body, your life, and your relationships.

One that activates the ancient principles living within you: your inner Masculine and Feminine.

Inner Union

In the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, an ancient text with 112 meditations, our inner world and meditation journey is described in two polar opposites: Shiva and Shakti. Masculine, and Feminine.

The scripture tells a story of their archetypal journey, a journey in which Shiva and Shakti (in their forms 'Devi' and 'Bhairava') have lost each other.

When they are apart, the world falls into darkness.

When they reunite, they implode into oneness, and experience the highest of all experiences.

This mythology represents our own lives and meditation practice.

There is something in us that never moves. While everything else, without exception, moves.

When this is not deeply recognized, we are out of tune with our own deepest essence.

Yet when this is recognized we discover inner miracles, bliss, strength, stillness.

And we will naturallybecome more magnetic, more powerful, and more aligned.

In this workshop, I will share with you practices and principles to work with the Masculine and Feminine within, on the highest level of meditation, all the way down to the most practical level of your life and your relationships.

I will share a new model to understand the layers (Koshas) of your inner Masculine and Feminine, bridging this ancient mythology of Shiva and Shakti, with popular modern (but less traditional) interpretations of masculine and feminine energy popularized by teachers like David Deida and neo-Tantra.

And I will show you how to work with this inner polarity on all levels of your life

  • In your body, mind, consciousness, and life

  • In your work

  • In mundane every-day experiences

  • In romantic relationships

  • In your spiritual practice

If you are ready to move beyond the idea that meditation is hard, if you are curious about tantra, and if you want to bring grounded bliss into your cells, then I look forward to share this exploration with you in the workshop.
